A new favorite headnote

Quinn v. People, 75 P. 396
Colo.,1904
Evidence that parties cut out the brand on a heifer, and intended in the fall to take the piece of skin to the owner of the heifer, and tell him it was dead, and, when the heifer got fat, to kill it, and sell and divide it, showed a conversion of it at that time, and not a mere intent to convert it in the future.
